Kamehameha Schools’ Kaiaulu ?o Kakaako Master Plan (KKMP) calls for the development of a mixed-use, mixed-income neighborhood featuring a range of housing options for owners and renters from low-rise residences to high-rise towers inviting green spaces, walking paths, and unique retail and dining experiences. Increment I of this urban community in Honolulu has provided a successful start to fulfill Kamehameha Schools vision for Our Kakaako. Under Increment II, Our Kakaako will gain additional affordable, workforce and market-priced housing, retail areas, open spaces, broad sidewalks and public art. Our Kaka?ako is providing a brighter future for Hawai?i by creating new places for people to live and work.

Ward Village - A dynamic neighborhood that offers a perfect mix of urban and island living with exceptional residences, unique shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor gathering spaces.

Set upon 60 acres in the heart of Honolulu, Ward Village brings the many benefits of a master planned community to its picturesque location. The neighborhood is woven with expansive parks, shaded tree-lined sidewalks, and pedestrian- and bike-friendly paths, offering residents and visitors a safe, dynamic destination to explore outdoors. Ward Village also features contemporary public art, including sculptures and exhibits, and offers a full calendar of activities that aims to celebrate and connect the community. Whether you come to shop, play, dine, or relax, Ward Village is a destination worthy of exploration.
