Alana Kobayashi Pakkala, Managing Partner, leads the Kobayashi Group’s strategic planning, sustainability and workforce/affordable housing efforts. She also manages architectural and interior design, proforma and construction projects, and sales & marketing. From a multi-generational family, Alana was raised in Hawaii and loves bringing up her two young daughters with her husband in the islands.
