Mr. Daniel Cho

Daniel Cho is the Head of Korea of M&G Real Estate, a UK-based investment manager. He oversees M&G Real Estate’s investments, asset management, and business operations in Korea. As of 2024, M&G Real Estate Korea manages approximately KRW 3.1 trillion in assets, invested across eight properties in sectors including office, logistics, and retail. Globally, M&G Real Estate has an AUM of USD 50 billion, with approximately USD 8 billion in Asia. For the Asian market, M&G Real Estate invests in Korea, Japan, Australia, and Singapore, managing one of the longest and most established funds in Asia. Before joining M&G Real Estate, Mr. Cho worked at investment firms such as KKR, and, Singapore-based companies, Mapletree and Ascendas, gaining experience in investing and managing core, value-add, and opportunistic projects across various sectors, including office towers, logistics centers, and mixed-use developments. Mr. Cho holds an MBA and an MS in Real Estate from Cornell University in the US, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Yonsei University in Korea.
