Mr. Jordan Kostelac

Jordan Kostelac is the founder of deploy, a next-generation social network that helps source the best deals in private markets from domain experts. Prior to founding deploy, he served as the Asia Pacific Director of PropTech for JLL in Hong Kong, overseeing the PropTech platform across the region and advising real estate decision-makers on business strategies and transformation programs through a technology lens. Jordan is an active voice of the global Technology, Innovation, and Future of Work space both online and at industry events. He was responsible for managing the first cohort of Propell Asia, the joint accelerator programme between JLL and Lendlease. In addition, Jordan founded UrbanLab, the first dedicated Proptech accelerator in Mainland China. Outside of his established status as a Workplace Futurist and Asia Pacific’s PropTech Provocateur, Jordan serves as a partner in two Hong Kong craft breweries and acts as an advisor to HKWalls, an internationally recognized arts festival originating in Hong Kong.
