Kelly Olinger is Senior Vice President, Development for Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV). In this role, Mr. Olinger is responsible for the strategic oversight of the company’s development, construction, project management and relationship management teams. In addition, he leads the cross-functional efforts in rebranding recently acquired properties to Hilton Grand Vacations Club and Hilton Vacation Club.
