Mr. Ryan Churchill

Ryan Churchill has over 25 years of experience managing all aspects of real estate investment and development throughout Hawaii. Ryan has been with Pacific Rim Land, Inc. since 2015 and is President of the Maui-based company. Pacific Rim Land develops and invests in a variety of real estate assets including residential, industrial, retail and hotel properties primarily in Hawaii. Prior to joining Pacific Rim Land, Ryan was President of Maui Land & Pineapple Company (ML&P) and was responsible for executing ML&P’s strategic transactions and managing the Company’s diverse real estate holdings and Kapalua Resort operations. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine. Ryan is a director of the Maui Economic Development Board and has been a ULI member for over 20 years. Ryan was born and raised in Kailua, Oahu and has lived on Maui for over 25 years.
