Ryan Tsuji

Ryan Kalei Tsuji is Emmy Award-winning producer, President and CEO of RKT Media, a digital media company in Hawaii and Arizona that produces video content for social and digital platforms. Tsuji launched RKT Media in 2016 and has built a client list of over 120 companies. In 2021, RKT Media began a new division of the company, RKT Athletes, where Tsuji serves as an agent representing and managing current University of Hawaii student-athletes in sponsorships and paid partnerships through NIL deals. Tsuji is also the co-anchor of Spotlight Now on Hawaii News Now, and for the past 14 years, has served as a sports commentator for Spectrum Sports covering UH Athletics. In November of 2022, he jumped into the food and beverage scene by opening a new bar and lounge in Chinatown called The Lei Stand. Tsuji formerly worked at Hawaii News Now as a sports reporter before making the jump to KITV as a morning news anchor/reporter. After his work at KITV, he worked for Governor David Ige as the Director of Executive Management and Chef Protocol Officer. In 2018, Tsuji produced the award-winning documentary "Rise of the Wahine" which highlighted the history of Title IX and its roots in Hawaii. Tsuji has collected several accolades during his career being named the AMA Young Marketer of the Year in 2017, a member of PBN's 40 Under 40 class for 2018, honored with Hawaii Business Magazine's 20 for the next 20 in 2019, and received Pacific Edge Magazine’s Young Professional of the Year award in 2021. He has also been recognized with multiple International Telly Awards for his video content production and news reporting. Ryan also finds time to serve on numerous non-profit boards, is actively engaged in community service projects, and emcees many local events in Hawaii. In 2023, Ryan launched The Tsuji Legacy Foundation to honor his late father, former Hawaii State Representative Clift Tsuji, and brother Ash Tsuji. The foundation supports charities and organizations connected to the Tsuji Family. He graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and earned degrees in Communications, Political Science, and a Masters Degree in Public Administration.
