Hotel Information
How to book with the ULI affiliated hotels
Registered attendees will receive an email with links to book a hotel room at hotels affiliated with the Pacific Summit. Hotels include the Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites, the Hilton Hawaiian Village, the Waikiki Malia and the Lotus Honolulu at Diamond Head Hotel.
Why book a hotel room through ULI?
Both ULI and meeting attendees benefit in numerous ways when the ULI room block is utilized.
- Options: Providing reliable, convenient, and well-rounded hotel options refines the ULI attendee experience and further enhances ULI’s mission and member engagement.
- Lower rates: Attendees can take advantage of lower room rates negotiated by ULI Hawaii.
- Future opportunities: Filling up room blocks has a ripple effect for future meetings by allowing ULI Hawaii to better position itself for competitive room rates and contracts in the future.
- Transportation
- The ULI Hawaii Pacific Summit will take place at the Prince Waikiki located at 100 Holomoana St, Honolulu, HI 96815.
- The Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) is the nearest airport. HNL is approximately 8 miles from the Prince Waikiki.
Policies
- All requests for cancellation and refunds must be made in writing to [email protected]. Verbal requests for cancellation and refunds will not be accepted.
- Cancellation of a meeting request does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room or other accommodations. Please be sure to handle hotel and other accommodations separately.
- Written cancellation and refund requests received by ULI on or before September 1, 2024 will be awarded a full refund less a $150 (USD) processing fee.
- No refunds will be awarded for requests received after September 1, 2024.
- Registrations may be transferred to another individual. Transfers will be subject to a $100 (USD) transfer fee and any difference in registration fee (i.e. if a registration is transferred from a ULI member to a non-member, the non-member fee will apply).
- Optional ticketed events will be refunded at 100% if cancelled in writing no later than three (3) days prior to the ticketed event.
- Registration fees cannot be applied to another ULI event.
ULI reserves the right to capture and broadcast digital media content in the form of professional photographs, audio, and video during the Pacific Summit. By registering for this event, attendees hereby grant permission to ULI and its representatives to photograph and/or record them during the event, and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or payment.
